yes!!! the loft totally sold us, there are 17 ft ceilings in the living room. Can you imagine the christmas tree we can get in there?!?!

yes to both! i think you can have 2 pets (as in cat/dog) and there is TONS of parking ... laundry in each unit, our unit has a balcany and a HUGE walk in closet, 2 bath, 2 bedroom with loft

I'm living in a dream world but I want to seriously go check these out! Are there more available? I doubt we can even afford them but it is worth a shot! Do you know if they have any creative financing for 1st time buyers (aka poor people)???? FM me if you have any helpful info please! I am a champagne girl living on a beer budget :)

ok, we are in the same boat though we do well salary wise ... we are paying for this wedding and had savings on the smaller size. we went with the builder's mortgage company (which is VERY competitive) so we only have to put down 5%!!! Also, since we went with their company, we were gifted $7,500 towards closing. Our closing costs are only going to be around 6k (that is NOTHING on a 400k condo).

If you have really specific questions, I am more than happy to answer them so that you can get a better idea about what it will cost per month etc. They are in the early stages of building, we are in the 2nd set of units. There will be 216 condos when complete, with a HUGE complex housing a pool, playground, clubhouse, gazebos, trails, party room, gym etc. They dont expect the complex to be totally finished until 2010!!!

Already (and our unit isnt even DONE) the appreciation is up 15k!!!

My friend moved into a Pulte condo last year, in Patchogue, and it is beautiful!! They got the 'low income' model, so no granite counter tops or fancy molding, but it is still really nice! I put in for the lottery for it, and didn't get it :(...but everything happens for a reason....or that is what I keep telling myself!!! Congrats!!!

congrats to them, ive looked at those on mlsli and they look beautiful also!!! we just lucked out with this complex, all of the units have granite and the moldings, they werent an upgrade (we couldnt have added those)
