congress hall is a very popular place for a wedding. i havw been there but i havent seen where the actual reception would be.
some tings you should know...
if you are planning on getting married in the stone church in the mall, good luck.. they are very strict.. they only marry their parishoners because many people want to get married there.
congress hall is nice..however remember that capemay is a tourist spot, depending on the time of year, you may run into people who are on vacation.
