I am suppossed to go the lawyers office to sign mine tomorrow. What, besides the $$, do I have to bring with me?
Also in case of inclement weather, would it possible for her to fax it to my house and we sign and then fax back to her? Or is this better to do in person?

it's up to you in person you can ask questions before you sign but I guess you can call if you have any .
