I am having a really hard time thinking about my family and inlaws putting together my bridal shower, it's a year away but the thought of not being in control freaks me out!!! Aaahhh anyone else in same boat??

Kind of...but I had an out. I live OOT and had the Shower here (in DC), so I kind of HAD to coordinate (I have no BP!)

I totally know the feeling... I feel kind of bad that I am worrying because my mom and sisters will do great, but I want to run the show! lol They aren't telling me anything because they know what a control freak I am!

i am a total control freak too. when my personal trainer tries to stretch me out after a work out, he never can lol because i can't relax enough.
i told my mom what kind of food i want for the shower so i guess i'll have to attempt to let them control everything else.

hahaha OMG me too! My family is already working on my shower and i am constantly emailing them info. help on invites, favors etc. i cant leave them alone they wanted it to be a surprise but i already know when it is :)

haha yes.. but have faith that it will be nice and beautiful and enjoy not having to do something for that one day!!
im trying to convince my mom and sister to let me at least pick out an outfit for the day that they can bring for me lol

OMG I am such a control freak. I don't want it to be a surprise because I want to help plan! lol
It's driving me crazy, but I am trying to just relax. They just planned a nice party for my birthday a few months ago... and to be honest.. it was fun, but I knew they didn't plan it out as well as they should've because they didn't know who was going to show up and when people did show up, they weren't sure how it happened.
