We had that today after the parade, I was at my friends and they made that for the meal. Funny things is, she was like wondering if it was overcooked and I said - don't worry this is the only time of year anyone eats it so I don't think anyone will realize if it is...

i eat all the vegetables... but i cant do the corned beef. it doesnt look good. too fatty. sometimes i will eat it... but i DROWN IT with mustard. to the point where i only taste mustard

i make cornbeef a diff way.. i roast it in the oven. i put it in a pot of water overnite to get rid of the excess salt. and i just roat it in the oven like i do with a turkey. tastes great. cabbage..not so much.. it smells like fart so i dont cook it
