i love corn beef. i should of been irish everyone tells me im a weird italian. don't eat much italain food.

same here!! i dont eat eggplant, calamari, all that weird meat that they eat... if i had 5 options of what to eat... italian is not in my choices.

I LOVE it!

I had it last weekend...my Grandmother lives in Rockaway and their parade was last weekend so we ate it then. I think I might try to make it tomorrow...wish me luck!

FH & I think corned beef is so underrated!! we have it once a month & will be having it tomorrow for st pattys day.

love corned beef and potatos, will pass on the cabbage. i had it last night @ molly malones and will have it again on tuesday @ irish coffee pub!! but homeade is the best !
