We are in a very similar range!

=) I love my RH & Love my cost... =)
and We are staying right on budget

Everything including HM, Rings, and EVERYTHING else we want
Around 18K =)

After doing our budget we figure it will be around $15,000. the RH will be around 7 to 8 grand so that helped alot. I am a DIY girl so thats where I will be saving alot of money on flowers, CP's, invites, place cards etc. The hall will provide the cake (which is pretty good), and luckily I'm not a flashy kind of chick like my sis (who had a wedding costing almost $30,000 the other day and has more than a few regrets). my dress will cost under $1,000 for something lovely, elegant, and modern (I already found it). Now all I need to do is say a prayer everyday that all goes according to plan and budget.

Our total cost is about $50K

Hall is $23K alone

I agree! Spending 8K for the hall and so far just under our 20K budget. Just missing some minor things that wouldn't put us way over budget. Still I get literally sick thinking about how I might not be able to afford this. The honeymoon is not even in the budget.

Weddings are insane. I never realized until I started planning. Our budget is about 35k and I never NEVER NEVER NEVERRRRRRRR thought I would spend that kind of money on a wedding.. oh well.. it only happens once right?

2400 on Flowers
4700 on Photographer
6500 on Band

Oyyyy and that's not including RD, day in the city for oot guests, oot room bags, favors, my dress. hair and makeup, bridal party gifts...oh and i forgot the honeymoom..i am going to say 35K by the time everything is done.

Our hall is $30K. All togehter it's over $60K. It's more than what I have written in my budget too, since I paid for a lot of little things along the way without putting them on the budget

I do not feel stressed although FH might feel otherwise! We hasd a really long engagement and stuck to our monthly savings plan. We also estimated costs accordingly (THANK GOD!)

Of course, its still way too much! Even with the amout of money we're spending I'm still suprised there's still things I want but can't get! It's insane!

All the time! Over every damn penny! I've done searching all over the place to save money here and there. Even found a place in NJ where I can get my dress specially made for me for $700! It takes time though. Like the centerpieces. I'm using a total of 6 burgundy callas in each centerpiece 1,2 and then 3 in the tallest vase. They will be submerged, but in the pic I didn't have the flower weights yet. I'll do another mock up soon. The flowers for the tables are costing me $24 each table! I got off cheap!

You won't truly know the total until your in deep. We used both of our full tax returns to pay off everything big, video, dj, photo, ext. Now if I can find hair and makeup for 4 bridesmaids for less thank 1K, I would be in heaven.

I am MAJORLY freaking out!! Our hall will be about 30k and I think we'll prob be close to 45k when all is said and done

The biggest issue is that FH quit his job last month so the stress of waiting for him to find a new one is taking a big toll but I'm trying to stay positive

I second that!!

I did the math yesterday on the cost... and our hall alone is going to cost about $35K if I have the number of people I want. Who do I think I am spending that kind of money?! I'm the furthest from rich you can get!!!!
