Ours is costing slightly more than 5000.

We are going to Atlantis for 5 days and staying in the Reef Tower. Then taking a 7 day western caribbean cruise out of Fort Lauderdale.

Our honeymoon is less than $5,000 and it's a seven day cruise with a balcony room.

Soooo weird-I was thinking of posting a similar question.

We still havent officially booked ours yet and it's freaking me out a bit so let's not dwell on that. We're going to Thailand but the trip is as follows: Hong Kong (2 days), Bangkok (2 days), then 10-12 days on 2 Thai islands. All in all it's about $10,000.

mine was a lot but we went to europe

i wouldn't let rainy season stop you for costa rica; my co-worker just went last week and he said it rained a little each day but was mostly beautiful.

We are staying at an all-inclusive resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico for 8 nights. We are paying roughly $3500 including airfare and all else.

which hotel are you staying at? we are going for 8 days (well we leave the night of christmas day) to The Royal in Riviera Maya (Playa del Carmen).

It is costing us about $8000 with airfare. The reason ours is so high is because we got one of the highest room categories and we are traveling christmas/new year time and well airfare alone was $1400 for the both of us (not first class which i am sad about but that would have been like $3000 total or more)

we are going to Sandals Hal;cyon on St.Lucia - it is the smallest of the 3 resorts and we have have beachfront, concierge level w/ a fully stoked bar in our room ! We love our travel agent and we found them here on LIWeddings - MAS Travel. Thankfully we used a travel agent ! There was no difference in the price nad every time the flights changed, they handled it.

We are staying in a Junior Suite at the Iberostar Grand. We are flying Jetblue and our airfare combined was less than $1k. We booked through Liberty Travel.

Re: cost of honeymoon

We are staying at the Riu Maya Riviera Palace in Playa Del Carmen (all inclusive for 6 days) and have one of the four suites (approx. $4,300 just for the hotel).

Then we are off to the Me by Melia in Cancun for 3 days (not all inclusive) and have another suite (approx. $1200 just for the room).

Airfare was paid for by my father with his air-miles (first class round trip...YAY for dad's airmiles).

So we are paying about $5500 for hotels and then in Cancun we will need to pay for meals and then in both places excursions.
