so, FH wants titanium, i found a band online for no joke, 10 bucks, lol, and it doesnt look like crap either. we went to tri county today and i found a ring i love, 950. i feel terrible if my ring is going to be that much more than his.

FH was 350 and mine was $230 on clearance. My jeweler wanted to chrage me $1300 but i wanted to check st thomas out first so i went and ended up finding the same ring for $230 on clearance. obviosuly i bought it there and not with my jeweler lol. FH could have gotten platninum ring for under $200 it was insane, but he had already had his made with our jeweler.
I wouldn't worry about it. I don't think guys care as much lol

FH band was 97 but his is just a plain gold band
I have a 2 row diamond band that was just under 600
and than i decided I wanted another band and that is a diamond and sapphire band which was a little over 600
our bands weren't that much becuase we got them at places that were going out of business

My ring was $1000 and his was originally going to be $300 until I called them back and changed it from White Gold to Platinum just so it would cost the same as mine because I felt bad!!!

I got 2 wedding band bought eternity bands one is three rows of pave diamonds and the other is sapphires (Pics in album) and they came to 3200 both rings are set in platinum
FH's ring we have not gotten yet but he wants a plain platinum band so we are looking around 1500 and up prob.

I know I know!! But I felt bad!!! After he bought me the e-ring and the matching wedding band I wanted him to have something really nice too and he just picked a plain white gold band... he has even told me I was nuts!!!!

My FH's ring was only like $70 and mine was alot more than that...it wouldve been even more but i got it at fortuneoff's when they were closing. I think the big diff. is the diamonds.
When we picked out our rings, our jeweler said that he recommends men to have white gold bands because it is a lot stronger than platinum. So titanium would be a good choice also.
That being said, my wedding ring was $2400 and FH's was $650.
I thought it was weird too, but then I asked around and it's pretty common for the wedding band to be a lot more.

i don´t like diamonds (i know - everyone thinks I´m insane!!) so I think both of our rings will be under $500 each. He saw a titanium one he REALLY likes online and it was only $199!!

I have only looked at rings but the rings I like are about 2k and FHs are MUCH less bc they do not have diamons (or just like one or two). If your worried about the cost differnce maybe talk to ur FH about it...I think most FHs know ur ring is going to cost more. O the things we can worry ourselfs about.

im getting a matching band for 3something... and we havent looked into one for him yet... it will be less than 100... he works construction so he will rarely even wear his... im not spending ridiculous money on something hes not eve wearing...
