Costa Rica Honeymoons?

Hi....

Does anyone have any Costa Rica honeymoon info. they could share? We are thinking about changing our honeymoon and need some feedback.

I didn't go there for my honeymoon but highly recommend Tabacon if you do decide to go. It was a very budget friendly trip. The first part of the trip, we were in the Northern area. There were rainforests, cascading down waterfalls, ziplining, biking, etc... It was more of adventurous type activities. We went in September and the weather was humid, hot, and rainy some part of the day
The latter part of the trip, we went to the southern area. We went to Manuel Antonio Park. The place we stayed at was located at the entrance of the park and animals from the park would visit them. In the afternoon, all the squirrel monkeys hung out there. They were the cutest little thing. The weather was much nicer since it didn't rain there. We weren't looking for a beach trip so we only visited the beach located by the park once.

I don't have any information on 'Packages' but my dad used to co own a hotel in the Lake Arenal area (a small one) and FH and I went there for a week about a year ago. Tabacon is a MUST and I really recommend the Lake Arenal area. If you have any specific questions I can probably get you answers just FM me. You will LOVE Costa Rica! It's FH and my favorite place!
