I had my wedding at Tall Grass Country Club over the summer and we used Create a Cake in in Port Jefferson. I thought that the cake was wonderful (best wedding cake that i have ever tasted actually) and our guests raved about the cake.. they also designed it almost exactly how i had wanted it.. definitely go for a cake taste test. we did and the cake we ordered and had at the wedding tasted exactly the same as when we did the tasting! good luck!
beautiful cake.. looks yummy!

Before we chose our Hall (who uses Rolling Pin--A+++++++++++ btw), we got a buttercream cake from Create a Cake, and we thought it was good. Cake was a tad dry, but over all it was good.
If you have the ability to go to Rolling Pin, I really can't recommend them enough. They were great to work with (even for me being an OOT bride), and the cake was so beautiful and tasted soooooo good.
GL!
I used rolling pin they were one of my house vendors best decison ever. Very talented and responded to all my emails in a timely fashion. Took one look at the picture I gave them for my cake and made the exact cake to a TEe and even made recommendation. The cakes were moist and just great the samples they provided me and DH were to die for. Love them love them.
