CREEPY Advice needed!!

So FH was pick-pocketed 3 years ago at Boston Market on Austin street. I was with him. In his wallet was his ATMs cards, ID and SS Card. He filed a report with the police. He has replaced them all ....

Today in the mail, he get an unmarked enevlope with a christmas card inside with no writing but his SS Card, His car registeration(that he no longer has) and he ATM card for an account he no longer has either).

Talk about being creeped out. I suggest he goes to the police station to document that he received it back (just in case there any fraud with his SS)

I knwo some of you have police as FH... if you can ask that would be great and TIA

Definitely Creepy!!!

Do you think that maybe someone else like the pick pocket's parent, girlfriend, brother, sister, etc... may have found it, and sent it to your FH?

Maybe the pickpocket had a change of heart and is in a 12 step program and that's his way of saying sorry? LOL

Trying to think positive to erase the creepiness!!!

I watch too much of the CSI and Criminal minds shows to NOT be freaking out if that was me.

I am weird my first thought was get the card and stuff dusted for fingerprints!! yes I think you should go to the police!!

Weird thing is he just moved backto the address that was stated on his ID. He was living in Forest Hills before.

That's even creepier. It's like someone is watching him!! I would totally go to the police, even if they don't do much {which is probably the case} at least you will know you reported it just incase anything!

FH calls me again and tells me there a HAIR! inside the card. Him and I watch way too much Law and Order SVU. He like can we get it tested? lol

That is soo strange. But I do have to say my grandparents house was robbed many years ago. They cleared out my grandmothers jewelry box which had my grandfather Purple Heart from WW1 in it.
My grandmother called the Dept of Veterans and he was issued a new one. BUT>>>> 1 year later she received an envelope with the original Purple Heart in it.

so, they returned everything but the ID? I guess it had to be the original pick pockter then b/c if someone just found the stuff (minus the ID) then how would they know where to mail it?

Um what about documenting that whoever stole his stuff still know his adress and information.....sounds like more than your average pickpocket id take the letter to the police see if they could try and trace it
