Hey ladies...

I am an '07 bride who had my reception at the Crescent Beach Club. One of my good friends is now getting married and is looking to possibly have her reception at the CBC as well. The pricing she was given seems REALLY high to me and I just wanted to get some feedback from you ladies as to what the going rate is for the CBC now...

She is looking to book quickly (by early summer) and is OK with either FRI/SAT/SUN day or night. I was just wondering if some of you would be able to let me know what type of package you guys were given. Please FM me if possible as I REALLY REALLY want her to chooses CBC because selfishly, I want to go to a wedding there!!

When we looked last January for spring/summer 2013 I believe they were around 125 for Friday night and $155 for Saturday night plus 20% fees and NYS taxes. We did not get rates for daytime weddings as we were not interested in that. Rates have probably even gone up by now for 2014. In my opinion it's not worth that much and in need of MAJOR renovations for what they are looking to charge.

As someone who was just there 2 weeks ago I can confirm that the 2014 prices have DEFINITELY gone up! You're really paying for the view- which is definitely gorgeous, but we didn't think worth the price. HTH!
