Is it ok to go straight to the bakery ask put the requests in with them or do you have to let CHCC know?

Ladies I am getting married at Crest Hollow in 70 days!!!! They just called me to set up an appt to finalize menu and everything else!!! I'm going January 29th at 6:30....I will post all results!!! I can't wait!!!

I'm going...I went to the bridal expo whihc was a bunch of vendors so I'm thinking it's the same type of this. I'm bringing a few bm's with me to show them the rh!! Are you going?

the menu cards are nice...simple and elegant. They are not personalized though. I made my own

I went to crest hollow today to show FSIL who is up from GA and I got info on the expo on the 27th...

Hey, Im getting married at CH 4/23/10 in the starlight room. Im having the cocktail hour by the pool if weather permits of course. Ill be at the showcase on the 27th and I really hope there is food. Did anyone else get cookies when they went to look at it and/or when they booked. I did both times and I really think thats what sealed the deal for me lol. Right now I have nothing else but the church booked but I still have time. Im looking casually at photographers.

Thanks. So far Ive only gone to see Michael Rosengard, Duet, and Full View Studios. Love 2 of them, disliked strongly 1 of them. I still have more places I want to look at though since Im thinking maybe I can get a better price and 3 doesnt seem like enough to base my decision on.

I booked with Patken...I recommend them as they have a lot of experience with Crest Hollow and the grounds, and they took off $300 for booking with them, as they are a recommended vendor. Good prices overall too...

I definitely want to check out patken. I was always under the impression they were expensive though. So far I was leaning toward duet because it was a good price for video and photography. Ill check out patken though since I liked their stuff before I was even seriously planning. Sherwood triart is gonna be at the showcase so Ill check them out there. The only other ones I want to look at are perceptions and twelfth night. Then its on to DJ's lol. Im getting wedding overload since Im a bridesmaid in my friends wedding in Nov. So not only am I going around looking at stuff for me, Im looking at stuff for her as well. Very overwhelming.

I found that I got more with Patken than with Duet for the money. I was going to use Sherwood Triart, as my sister used them and pics came out great. But I called them a few times and sent emails and I never heard back from them...so I wasn't too happy with that...
