I used them and they worked for me. If you do it while getting ready for work in the morning it's not so bad.

I used them and they worked for and I'm a smoker and drink lots of tea and coffee. My friend also did it before her wedding and she had a big bright white smile in her pictures. I put them on when I'm getting ready in the am.

I just started them on Sunday and I swear I see a difference already! I went to the dentist on Saturday and the hygienist (sp) highly recommended them. She also mentioned putting a little Sensodyne toothpaste on the gumline before you apply them to cut back on the sensitivity problem.
