Cruise WEdding? Repost from Review board..

I am just throwing this out there, but I was second thinking possibly having my wedding on a cruise ship, helping to pay for some of my immediate families cruise. I think this would be not only less expensive, but a more intimate collection of close family to spend over a couple of days...

I just started thinking about this because I am becoming overwhelmed of spending (and having to finance) over 20k for a wedding that will be all over in four hours...

Did anyone look into this option or have heard of someone that has done it? Just looking for some advice! Thanks

Sure ! It's cool, like a destination wedding! I like the idea. I just think a different destination wedding (like some other kind of resort on land) might be better. A cruide really locks you in, with something on land people can leave a day early if they have to, etc.
ETA: How about a disney wedding? I really want that! but i have such a big family. WDW has initmate weddings for 8 people!
