cry packs
I have considered making them. I think they are cute and a nice touch but I'm not sure if I should waste money. I'm afraid people won't actually appreciate it. Or what if no one cries..lol

Re: cry packs
Really inexpensive DIY!I ordered my packs from:
http://www.amazon.com/100-Glassine-Envelopes-3/dp/B0045JAHCS/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1358443671&sr=8-14&keywords=glassine
Followed these directions (but did the ribbon in the opposite direction):

I ordered labels from Zazzle.
Tissues were bought at Bed Bath and Beyond.

cry packs
For sure! They can be a super cute, cheap DIY. I bought supplies for 40 cry packs on EBay for $25. This includes bags that will be filled with tissues and bubbles.Welcome New Vendors
