Custom STD Magnets (x-post)

I am considering designing my own STD magnets and having them printed through Magnetstreet or Vistaprint. However, I am not sure what program to make them in because I know they need to be a specific size. I don't have Publisher or Photoshop or anything similar. Are these programs necessary in order to make your own STDs?? TIA!

I created mine in illustrator, but photoshop will do too

do you want to design the whole thing? vistaprint has a billion premade designs that you can wording and pics and stuff on. that's where i made mine
