I admit it. I complain. I HATE rude people. I normally allow a few to slide but if you keep acting stupid, I’m bound to say something back. Once I get my teeth in, I don’t let go. Usually I’m nice about it, I just like to point out the obvious.
The TWA upgrade I got for NOT complaining. I was so tired and bummed out I just sorta went with it. The lady behind the counter seemed frazzeled so we caused her no trouble. Even got her laughing. In turn we got free upgrade “I’m sorry but it seems the ONLY thing we have is First Class tomorrow morning and if I do that then I guess I just ‘have’ to book you first class on your return”. Jim and I loved it!
