My Fh and I need dance lessons. i feel like we will both look like fools when we dance our first dance and i don't want us to just sway around.
Anyone else taking dance lessons?
If so, who, and how much are they charging?

we're getting married in june too and FH and I plan to take lessons but when the date gets closer...how long do you plan to take them for???

I used to work for a dance studio and the owner is a sweetheart. Here is the webiste. Feel free to email her or call her for more info. I'm not sure how much it is for private lessons.
Not sure where everyone lives but i think i saw a dance studio with adults dancing in it next to moonlight coutore in merrick on merrick RD. I want to look in to dance lessons too. FH needs to loosen up when he dances. also he is a foot taller then me so he wont let me put my arms around his neck bc i am too short and i pull on his neck

i don't think we need to take lessons 1½ away. it can be closer to the wedding and i don't think i need a million lessons but i just wanted to get some quotes...

Me and hubby decided we are going to surprise everyone and after our first dance we are going to dance salsa. We are going to take lessons so it looks perfect and choreographed. I am so excited. I need to start looking for places that do lessons.

Baldwin High School offers Continuing Education classes and I saw they offer Ballroom Dance lessons for something cheap - like $90 for 6 classes..I think..
Its worth a look. the class is from 6-9 pm on a Tues or Thurs night..
