I know there are some girls who have blocked rooms at Danfords... im just wondering what you were quoted... they quoted me 230, and then dropped it to 199, I know I am a weekend in July, their prime time but i didnt know if I could negotiate more. thanks!
They quoted me $199 for weekend in August
I had to negotiate mine done but I am a fall bride so its not their busiest season. I would try and get them down to $189 a night but for that time of year it may be difficult because they get sold out quickly.
They originally quoted me $199, but I told them I saw that other girls on LIW had gotten it for $179 so that's what they gave me! I definitely think you can negotiate it down a little bit - they seem to want to work with you.
I was quoted $199 for that same weekend...when I told them other girls had gotten less they told me it was peak season so that's why the high price.
170.00 for a Friday in June. Talk them down!
They opened up pricing at $149 for us for 9/12 & 9/13 which ended up being a sell out weekend for them BUT we dropped quite a bit there on our wedding so they might have given us a higher price otherwise. When they said 150 I said great and didn't negotiate it. I focused on negotiating our 2nd night stay in the suite instead.
If you talk them down please let me know, since we're blocking the same weekend!
I was thinking Danfords hotel for just my FH and I after the wedding, and the Out of town quests can stay at a diff hotel! What is the Honeymoon suite at Danfords like??
