Danfords on the Sound : Sept 21st 2003 Wedding(on a sunday)

I grew up on LI so I know all the extra stuff. I have heard all great things about Danfords. My concern is with the food / service / and how they self decorate for the summer. The reception will be in the Brookhaven room over looking the water. Any suggestions ?? Personal Experience ???
