David Hasselhoff boggles my mind (continuing with the 'random' theme)

Can anyone explain his world wide appeal? He is loved in Germany and in - Germany. But this is his ad campaign in Australia for something - how does he do it?

At the bottom right corner of the picture it says 'Dare For More'. I couldn't and wouldn't want to handle what he's got.

Re: David Hasselhoff boggles my mind (continuing with the 'random' theme)

I talked to some people from Germany once and they claimed that he's not all that popular over there.
I think it's a big campaign he's created to make people think he's adored!!

I have to admit - I find his talentless antics mildly entertaining

If it makes you feel better - DH has a friend who looks like a younger version of David Hasselhoff......not sure how the Germans feel about him though......

It helps a little, but I'm crushed that I can't trust what Norm says.

When I was 6 and when Michael Jackson was still black and good looking, I told everyone that I was going to marry him. Don't be embarrassed!
