I purchased my wedding gown and veil from them. My BP is purchasing their dresses from them as well as the FG. I went to the one in Long Island City and everyone there has been fantastic. They even call me once a week to update me on who hasn't gone to purchase their dresses yet lol.
All is all it has been a great experience with them.

Customer service is average - I went on a really busy day (Sat afternoon) and ended up buying my gown on the spot. I went back to try it on again a few days ago w/ shoes and liked it even more...It is a lace bodice top with short lace sleeves and a really long cathedral train.
I paid less than $500 for the dress, I think I got a great deal. I would def check them out, it can't hurt.

They are partnered with Men's Warehouse so FH and the GM are going to go and see about getting their tuxedoes from there.
All is all it has been a great experience with them.
ITA- I also went to the one in Long Island City and had no problems. My MOH got her dress there also. We will be going back in May for my Jr. BM dress. Also had a great experince with them

Had a great experience at the one in Westbury. Went there three times (twice for gowns, and once for BM dresses) and I highly highly highly recommend Donna. She was AWESOME.
It's much more no-frills than other bridal salons, but I was working with a small budget and this was the ONLY place I went to - I only wanted to see gowns in my price range (which was very low).
Super bonus: my gown came in six weeks early, and just in time for my mom and sister to see me try it on (they live out-of-state)

I was just there last week trying on wedding dresses [my first time since I got engaged ![]()
] and they were amazing!! dresses were beautiful and people were helpful! I went to the one in Westbury!! ohhh and best part, the dresses are nicely priced! ![]()

Got my gown there, too. Came in in a week. No complaints at all. Very reasonable. I'm hoping to go back to try on w/ shoes, veil and jewelry to get the full effect.

They have a HUGE selections. I didn't get the 1 on 1 that I liked at other places I've been to when I went for my friends wedding. But they have some nice dresses and are cheaper then other stores. My cousin is thinking about using them because we're all spread all over (the BMs) so it helps for order the dresses from a chain. doesn't hurt to look!

I got my gown and the bridesmaids gowns at the Massapequa one. When getting my gown they were great. However, when I went to get my bridemaids gowns they were not very helpful and I was ticked because I had just bought my gown there.

I got my gown from there and got my BM dress for my friend's wedding from there.
Good prices, but don't expect any special treatment like how you would get in a bridal salon. I went to pick up my dress and they put me in the smallest fitting room to try on a wedding gown. And then they give you a oversized plastic shopping bag like garment bag to put your wedding dress in, if you want a real garment bag you need to pay $10.
But regardless of the crappy customer service I got when I went to pick up my dress, I only paid $850 for my dress and when I bought the dress the person working with me was very very nice.

i went to the one in westbury ... i didnt have a problem with customer service at all... everyone was super nice...
i already knew what bm dress i was getting so we only went there so my moh and jr bm could try it on and order their dress... and for me to try dresses... i tried on about 12 dresses... i loved some and i hated some... they have such a wide selection... my dress, slip, bra, headband, earings, necklace and shoes came to 850!

I bought my wedding dress, veil, tiara & corset there as well as ordered all my BM dresses from there - was super happy with quality & service - just wouldnt use them for alterations - you can go to a dry cleaner & get it done fore 1/2 the price fo what David's charges...HTH

I went on a sat morning to the one in Massapequa and loved my experience. They were helpful the manager there is incredible. Had my dress to take home that day.

people sometimes downtalk davids bridal, but you know what? you can get a beautiful dress at an affordable price. This might be the only place I end up shopping, because I dont even want to LOOK at dresses over 1k. We are on a budget and im not one of those girls who are willin to blow 10k on a wedding dress. We just dont have that kind of money!

Im going to check it out.. honestly the only reason why I ask, is becasue someone a few years ago was saying davids bridal was in the news becasue there garments had fleas in them..... But im sure that is just some bS and crazy rumors....
