David's bridal Westbury.

I just need to vent. David's bridal in westbury was such a bad first impression on me. I made an appointment for 11:30am I got there and I had to wait a half an hour to be seen. Then the girl who was supposed to help me started helping everyone else that were walk in. The stupid receptionist forgot to tell her I was there. Then she finally helped me but that was another disaster I had to wait almost another half an hour just for her to bring out a slip for me and a bra (which I don't use those bras in the bridal store) Anyway as she was helping me she walked away and was helping everyone else I was like what the FU you fill in the blanks) can I get some assistance she helping others who had no appointment with BM dresses. Excuse I am a bride. I was so disgusted I tried on one dress and told her I am leaving the service is the worst not too mention the dresses she pulled for me to look at the quality was horrible

Dont let this ruin your gown shopping!!!! Davids, well ya really cant expect much from them... Most other boutiques you go to will NOT be like that!!!!!!!! Definatly make more appointments, good luck!!!

I had the same exact experience there. I ended up going to bridal reflections which is not too far from there and they were amazing. They see you by appointment and only help you while you are there. They even told people that walked in that they would have to come back becuase they were currently working with a bride. I loved every minute of my expeerience there. I actually felt important. I highly suggest them.

Try somewhere else. I tried on my dress at Paradise Bridal in Patchogue-they were very nice and beyond helpful-ask for Stephanie. I am ordering online-but they were super nice to me. Good luck.

Yes I went to paradise also they are great. I was just browsing to see what david's bridal had. Big mistake.

i'm a bride who bought a dress at david's. i had nothing but good things to say. when my sister went looking for dresses, we went to two places and they were pushy. she was onlly looking at that time

I guess you were one of the lucky ones they liked because they treated me like crap. Im also was very skeptical about how understaff they were. That makes me think how well will they work with meeting my needs and my dress needs. But everyone has bad and good experiences at places.

i didnt get my gown there but am going there for my bm dresses. I went last week and they were outstanding the first place that actually asked me what i wanted and was looking for. i'm going back there this sat with my girls to order - she told me that its going to be a zoo but as long as I have my appointment it will be fine. sorry you had such a bad expereince so far its been good for me
