Any regrets about choosing a day wedding? Were people still dancing lots and partying?

Not at all. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose a day wedding.
I felt like my wedding lasted forever.
Our chuch was at 11:30AM. CH was 1-2. Reception was 2-6. Afterparty (at the hotel) was 7:30-11:30. We rented out a conference room at the hotel and got food catered and brought in an ipod and speakers. In reality, we had TWO parties. Even after our reception was over I thought, 'There's still the after party'.
I would definatly reccomend having a day wedding. It was well worth saving the money and gave us more time to party with our guests.

I was a mid afternoon bride and I have absolutely NO regrets! It was a long day, but my guests, DH and I still had a BLAST!

I loved my day wedding. People dance until the dj stated this is the last song. Eventhough it was over at 6:00 pm, I wouldn't change it. Many older and out of towner stayed until the end. Plus we hung out with family until 9:00 pm.
