can anyone recommend one that is wonderfull and practical with a shoe string budget

I have not used any of these people, I am recommending solely on quotes that I was given that were in the lower range.

Nicole-Creative party works

Gabrielle--Helping Hands--

Both are vendors on here.

Contact them and tell them what you are looking for more specifically.

I'm using Nicole Davidson and so far, she's excellent and very reasonably priced.

THis is what my coordinator is doing:
1. Coordinating and organizing my wedding party at rehearsal dinner, as well as directing them during actual ceremony
2. She will be with me on the morning of my wedding
3. Confirms all vendors and their insurance with the hall
4. Fluff dress if needed during pictures
5. Instructs BM upon our arrival that we need x location when we come in to take pics
6. Instructs maitred to pay close attention to certain tables
7. Setting up my placecard table, and bathroom baskets,
8. Making sure hall is to my liking before
9. Working closely with florist to make sure everything is in place
10. Any problems go through her
11. Sees me off after wedding
12. Basically anything that you want, if it's appropriate and not outlandish .

Stress level was deducted by 70% upon our conversation
