Day of Coordinator/Assistant/Hostess

After experiencing the e-party I have been thinking about hiring someone for the day to make sure everything runs smoothly the day of the wedding. I do not want to ask a friend, sister or someone that is invited to the wedding as I want them to enjoy themselves.
Does anyone have any suggestions on someone reliable?
