Day of prep: Hair or Make-up. Which gets done first?

For thos of you who are not using one person for both, which part of this gets done first? I am asking bc my make-up team is now coming to my house and I am unsure if me and the girls should get hair done then make-up or vice versa. thanks!

im having different people do my hair & make up...the photographers coming at 1230...what time should the hair, makeup people come? (theres only 2 other girls besides me getting hair & 2 for makeup)...no idea which i want first....
