Morning ladies! Someone posted about her shoes and it got me thinking ALOT about MY shoes
I need major help here- My shoes are $240 online, will probably end up being $300 after shipping charges. [I havent seen them at any store yet]
Anyway- Me and FH are paying for most of the wedding ourselves, and just bought a house. So we're WAY in over our heads financially. Can I justify actually spending this much on shoes???
These are the shoes: Anne Klein
And this is my dress: I dont know if you can tell, but the shoes match the sash on my dress perfectly!

Thanks to iamvocal72, shopaholic07 & HamptonsBride- I was able to find similar shoes that were much less, AND found these exact ones for $219 with FREE SHIPPING from Zappos.com...
So does the jump from potentially $300 to $219 sway any decisions?

$60 in taxes and shipping sounds like a lot!!! How much are they charging to ship them to you??

Those shoes are beautiful, but I could never spend that much money. If you think that you'll get a lot of use out of them afterwards then maybe I would consider it. Why don't you try heading to Nordstrom or DSW to see if they have something similar for less .

I would get them - and they match perfectly and are soo NICE!!!
BUT - ONLY get them if they are COMFORTABLE - bc remmeber - you are gonna be wearing them ALL DAY!!!!

They are gorgeous, but I have spend so much money elsewhere, my shoes cost me $24. If you really must have them, then get them if not save your money.

Okay, based on the picture, I figured they were from Neiman.....I was right, lol. You could wait until they have a free shipping offer but you risk not finding your size--or finding them at all. If you feel like taking a drive to the store, you could call and ask them if they have them in stock. I do that a lot with stuff I see on websites.

Hey I found them on a site w/ free shipping for $239! They offer them in Champagne...not sure if you want that or white..
Try Googling 'Anne Klein Bianca'...good luck!! LOVE 'em.
The shoes and the dress are both gorgeous.. I think it looks great

I would say keep looking but if you haven't splurged on something wedding related yet that you really really want...then go for it.

mho... you won't wear them again. They just wont look right with anything but that dress (or any wedding dress really... but they do match perfectly). Considering your situation I would try to find something that is similar and less priced. It's better to make the mortgage on the house then wear the shoes that no one really sees.... But everyone woman loves a good shoe so I can understand... I say search high and low for one that is similar... if not buy them... but make sure you search Check out perfectdetails.com They have some nice things

They are really nice and that dress is magnificent!! But I don't think I would be willing to spend $300 on shoes. The shoes I am dieing for are $180 and can't justify spending even that much. I would say either wait and see if the prices drops on those shoes or find something similar for less $$$.
