Dbl Post: Getting SUPER nervous...

Long story short, we invited far more people than I ever wanted to have at my wedding (about 260). That being said, our RSVP date is May 3rd and we already have close to 100 Yes responses and 0 No's. Anyone have experience with RSVPs - do the No's tend to come in last minute? I am getting nervous that there are going to be hardly any No's!!

How many people did you want to have? When I responded no to weddings I usually wait because it's usually dpending on what's going on. So you may have a decent amount of nos.

Ideally? No more than 200. But we will see what happens!

For me the No's came last minute. i received about two early no's..but they sent a gift! also have in mind last minute people will not show up or send their rsvp with yes and then tell you no...It happened to me. One guest brought a date which was not invited and three other guest said they were bringing a date and didnt...So we had many surprises! lol Wedding stress...

I imagine that the no's will come in closer to the RSVP by date. Typically people need a better idea of what their schedule is before responding and it doesn't get finalized until closer. I hope you're able to make your 200 number!
