My husband stumbled upon this idea this morning so we couldnt pass it up... Ive been wanting a scanner for some time now, just to scan those non-digital pics !
Staples is having a GREAT sale on this Memorex flatbed scanner, you purchase it for $74.94 and get a $60 rebate check back in the mail!
Go shopping girls !!
Edited to add the link: (the website staples.com is out of stock, and stores have it 'only while supples last, so hurry, no rainchecks!) Flatbed Scanner

Thanks Anna, we have a scanner, but it sounds like a great deal. Does this mean, you'll be scanning more pics in?

Re: DEAL of the WEEK !! (New Scanner for $14!)
My MIL tried to purchase on line and they said out of stock. She tried her local store in Bayside and no luck there either - anyone actually see them in the stores so I could tell her where to look?

Karen: Has she tried the Staples in College Point? (By the Target, BJ). Don't know if they have them there, but it's worth a try. There is another Staples in the Filene's Basement Shopping Center in Great Neck on Northern Blvd.
