dear FH's family

Original post by LB and DC

i know most of you are from out of town, and won't be coming, so please end the suspense and send your RSVP back already. trust me, we won't be that offended. we just want to know one way or the other. and for those of you who have already let it slip to FMIL that you won't be coming - which really hurts her feelings - what are you waiting for??? we are not going to beg.

sincerely,

FH's bride who you will most likely never meet.

Hey girls, can someone set me straight -- isn't this thread supposed to be a game where someone writes a 'Dear so and so' vent and we all chime in with 'dear xyz' vents and then we ALL feel better and no one gets hurt?
I've seen that on the other boards but maybe we don't play that here on '07??
<--- forgive me, I'm new here...

Signed,
the thread hijacker; making LIW all about ME, 1 post at a time...

feel free to hijak!! the funnier the better - i didn't mean for this to be a *letter* post but i love those!

and DUH of course it's all about you - you're the BRIDE!!

seriously, that was a funny letter

Dear weddingcakesonline.com Truck Driver,

I appreciate the fact that you are in a time-sensitive job, I really do. Not that 8:45am on a Thursday is necessarily 'Prime Time' for you or anything... And I appreciate that
Bridebrain + Ipod + rush hour = DANGER

So as my life flashed before my eyes today at the corner of 54th & Park, my final thought was:

'Geez, its going to look REALLY bad for your employer if your truck kills a bride-to-be.(ME)'

Of course all is forgiven if you were speeding to a wedding cake emergency.

Cheers
