yup! and they only hire 'abercrombie looking' people AND their 'customer service' technique is that theyre Not supposed to go up and ask the customers if they need help, BUT are supposed to talk to each other and hang out being the cool abercrombie 'salespeople' they were destined to be

I know insane isn't it!

Everytime I go into the mall, I go into Ambercrombie to see if they will say anything to me and if not, I go up to them and say, it's ok, I know its in your manual that I am not cool enough to get a greeting...gl to you on getting a mind of your own.
