I have moving stories...STS or State to State Van Lines - don't use them if you like your things...or go ahead and use them...if you want your sh!t broken and deliveries at 1am on a Sunday!!!

I guess to keep 'positive' I'll say that I would much rather have a problem with the moving company than with the bank...at least we live in our own home...but Sunday was not pretty!! We got into a huge argument and they had to come by on Monday (yesterday) so DH and I had to take off from our new jobs...and the condition of some of our stuff was so sad. The move was too smooth...I guess something had to go wrong.
they're insured, so they WILL be compensating you for your damaged belongings, right?!
I have yet to hear of someone having a positive experience with movers!
on another note, I miss you!

Note to Marc...the velvet suit was only chic circa 1996 when Tom Ford took over Gucci & made me want one after seeing Gwynneth in her red one and Claudia in her blue one. Never has that worked again...and you're proof it doesn't!!
And his wife? Whateva!! She's stereotypical and loves a macho man to put her in her place...an says so (he 'makes' her do things and she loves it!!) every chance she gets!!
