Decided on my shoes! (with pic!)

So, after ordering like 10 pairs of shoes (shoebuy.com free shipping and free returns! great service if you're looking to do that), and this one pair from macy's, this pair is the one!

Chinese Laundry Wesley in Silver:

Yay! LOVE them! I think I'll get some platform flip flops just in case they get too uncomfortable, but I wear heels this high every day at work and survive, so I think I'll be ok!! I'm 5'4' and change and FH is 6'2', so I really need the height!

I love those shoes! I have those shoes.... and I am warning you now, they suuuuck! They are the most uncomfortable pair of strappy shoes you will ever wear!! But of course I torture myself and wear them a lot because I love the way they look. but every time I put them on, by the end of the night y feet are almost bleeding from the straps digging into my feet!!

My suggestion would be to wear them around the house for a couple hours and really see how you feel in them. If they dont hurt than you are LUCKY!

They are VERY pretty but the straps do look like they would hurt. Make sure you walk around in them and see if they are comfortable. Remember you will be standing for long periods of time with ceremony/pics etc.

Thanks for the input....I actually did wear them in the store for about 30 min before buying, and have worn them around the house since before making the decision to keep them....the straps actually don't dig into my feet, shockingly b/c almost every other strappy sandal I have ever tried on does! I think my feet are just a weird shape (well, I know they are haha), they're very rectangular and I have like NO arch, so somehow these work for me! Thanks for all of your advice though! I'm definitely going to get the just in case sandals anyway, so if they really kill me I will change without thinking twice!
