Decor for reception hall (Woodbury country club)

Hey guys,

So I'm so confused .... I'm having my wedding at Woodbury country club but that doesn't matter...Im just wondering what tables you are exactly decorating. My florist is providing us centerpieces for guest tables, votive candles and petals and my bridesmaids boquets for our sweetheart table....

But I'm buying picture frames, and some cute little signs and other decor...where can I put them?
I know there's the table card table, guestbook table....am I missing anything? Any other ideas?...

I'm so confused? What are you guys doing?

I've been wondering the same thing. I think I'm gonna go back to my venue and walk around and see it set up for a wedding and see exactly how many tables there are and how big they are.

Here's a quick rundown of our decor (as of now):
1. Center pieces and small votives for guest tables
2. Taking a centerpiece from one guest table for piano in lobby where escort cards will be
3. Frame on escort card table/piano
4. Frames of parents' wedding photos in our lobby/hospitality area
5. Petals and small votives on card table and cake table
6. Decorating the sweetheart table with bridesmaids bouquets laying on their sides
7. Possibly putting bouquets in vases in bathrooms (I have 9 bridesmaids so I have lots of bouquets to use so why not lol)
8. 'Mr. & Mrs.' Sign for sweet heart table
That's all for now
