Yes they had a dumpster and one of those pod things.

Wow! I can't believe the let people in the house with it looking like that. The least they could have done is pick up the toys, put up dishes and put a daggone shirt on the kid.

I'm sure you guys will do a terrific job with the house.

I hope they left it decent. That is such a plus having the garage heated and insulated, you should definitely convert it into a room. FI and I set up our upstairs to rent out and it wasn't that hard. It's so great because we don't even realize someone is upstairs and we wouldn't use the extra space anyway. Good Luck!!

I was going to say the kitchen was cute. . .but man, that caserole WAS NOT cute!
It definitely has potenital thoguh & a great yard & deck.

The designed to sell people would be shocked it ever sold, looking like that.
