I would definitely kick her out, if she was a true friend she would definitely wait and do it a different day, she would not ruin your day

WHOA
It seems she is trying to 'steal your thunder' so to speak. Why the rush to get ALL this done now? She is looking for attention which tells me she is jealous. Dont you dare go to that eparty either!

What a WITCH!!!!!!! She is being a jealous hag! I would ask for volunteers on here who are her size, and have them replace her. I am sure you could find someone who can fit in the dress. I would kick her butt to the curb, and tell her not only is she not in the wedding she is no longer invited, and to suck it.

This is beyond disgusting!!!!!!!!! You need to get rid of her asap!!!!! Do not even think twice, she sounds like trouble and you don't need that for your day! She CLEARLY has lost her mind to think it woudn't be an issue to get married civily the DAY OF your wedding.
Life is toooooo short and you only get this day once! Get rid of the drama and negative energy and focus on you!
Best of luck!!!!

Re: Would you be MAD if...
hun if i can be completely honest...
SHES A MEANNNNN PERSON
I have someone who tried to do extreme things (dint show up to ANY of the bridal anythings and always had an excuse) and then pulled a big doosey the month before the wedding... cant getinto it here but fm me if u want details. They're kind of unbelieveable...
As of right now- I have NOTHING to do with this person. Havnt seen her other than when my sister in law had a baby- so with that being said- I wish I would have gotten rid of her from the beginning.
I would write the following letter:
dear heartless I understand you are completely jealous because I am getting married before you. However, because of all your attention seeking, I thought I would help you out a bit... You are no longer welcome to come to the wedding or be part of it. I Hope that fills your cup of 'WYNE' because I am sure that you will get alot of attention now.
Sincerely, THe good bride
Sorry- had to. Totally annoys me. Hope i got asmile out of u though..

Honestly, I would mention #4. I would say, 'hey, i heard through the grapevine that (insert #4 here). Honestly, this really makes me mad/upset/hurt for a million reasons. BUT, since it's just hearsay right now I wanna know if this is true. If it's not true then I apologize. If it IS true... we gotta talk.'

WoW! I have no words...the whole situation is just plain rude! How in the world is it okay to go to city hall in the morning of your friend's wedding for you, yourself get married? IS she going to take over your reception too? Jeez Louise....I am sorry you are dealing with this and have insensitive friends who clearly want to steal your happiness

That's horrible, selfish, and inconsiderate of her! First of DO NOT go to her E-party after your wedding. She knew exactly what she was doing when she booked it that day. Not showing up for the Met Game is definitely not ok. And getting married the morning of your wedding???? Seriously?? What is she trying to do? She's obviously jealous of you because anything having to do with your wedding she makes about hers. I would definitely sit down and discuss all of this with her. It's so wrong.

Kerri I can't even believe this! The first 3 things are annoying, but getting married on your wedding day, when she is a bridesmaid!!!!!????? I'm so sad to say, this girl is NOT your friend. It's amazing what you find out about people during the wedding process. You know I didn't end up gettimg married last month, but I had a situation with a BM too. While most of my friends have gone above and beyond for me during this awful time, she has been the complete opposite. She wasn't much help at all in the planning process either. I'm sorry you are going through this, but kick this girl out! There should be no negativity whatsoever on your wedding day!

This person cannot possibly care abt you. you are better off without them. Get rid of this person from you life!
GL and enjoy YOUR day (without her!)

I can't stop thinking about this, I feel so bad for you. #4 is terrible but I am still held up on #3. Honestly, I was the most easy going bride with my wedding party. But I would have thrown her out for #3 alone. I don't think you can claim even a whole week for your wedding, but you get a weekend. If she planned it the weekend before or after I would say, its annoying but.... Planning it for YOUR weekend, that is not acceptable.

UMMMMMM - NONE if this is ok.
AND, if she asks you to be a bm, I would politely decline and then phase yourself out of her life. Life is too short to deal with toxic people.

I'm like, the most laid back bride ever and even I think that's SO ridiculous, and I think it's really disrespectful to you too. She is insane to think any of this is appropriate. I would ask her not to come to the wedding at all. She can get her own wedding day for crying out loud.

That is the worst thing I've heard of a bridesmaid doing. Kick her azz out!
