I know for a fact they delete bad reviews of LIW vendors because those vendors pay money to advertise on here. For the $$$ they are paying, LIW keeps them sparkly clean :)

I was told the same exact thing. I believe the word mafia came up in reference to LIW, as in the mafia of the wedding world. Got a bad review, LIW will take care of it if you spend the $.

No this thread will not come down. Why? Because when people are posting untruths I feel it important to clear the air. Whom ever said we remove things because they are advertising vendor is totally wrong. There are certain instances that things will be removed. We have removed posts about both LIW vendors and non LIW vendors. What are some of those instances? If you make a post and spam multiple boards with it, it will be removed. This is to protect you the bride from possible litigation. If you commit liable in your post, it will be removed. If there is any talk about legal action (either on the post or on the phone from either party), it will be removed. If the original poster asks us to remove a post, it will be removed. Hear anything different? Then those statements are false.
