I wanted to start a new post, as the other one has nothing to do with me. I'm sorry to see what was going on, but didn't feel the need to jump in on something that had nothing to do with me.
Just as anyone else, I was checking in and thought I'd read it to see if it was a topic I knew anything about or could learn from.
I thought this NWR board was a good thing. I mean, a common thing in our lives brought us all here to this site. It's a good thing and you can learn a lot here, as well as make some good friends along the way. There is a lot of support here, not just for anyone's upcoming wedding. I've found that NYPD fiancee's and wives can support one another, which I think is awesome! I've seen that if someone has a serious topic in life, there are a lot of unbiased opinions that you can receive for advise. Life throws us all a curve ball once and again, it's nice to have a community to ask for advise.
However, I think this high school non-sense has really just got out of hand. If anyone wants to post how they chipped a nail today, or they won't be on b/c they got a flat tire on the way to work- write your personal friends. I'm not trying to make rules, I'm just asking for everyone to use some F*cking common sense! Oh, I was cleaning a garage and I missed this. If someone starts trouble and there's a little controversary, let them work it out!!!! If we're suppose to be grown women here- start acting like it. Don't waste my time, if I'm trying to look and see what wedding things are going on, or what else we can learn from eachother about how your dog at the cat food today.
You can all reply to this and curse me out if you like. I too- just wrote my opinion. No need to suggest the wedding 'police' are on the way, no need to say 'oh, I got your back' Just start a new post that actually makes sense. Something that either everyone might be interested in..... or write your friends and FM, isn't that what it's there for?
For all the other girls who read this and I wasted your time, I'm sorry, I'm just sick of the non-sense.

I agree w/the original reason that this particular post was started, but it is defeating it's original purpose. Here's my solution: LIW should make another tab up top there that the 'Drama' tab. This way those girls(which are always the same girls) can have there very own place for their soap operas.......Talk about priorities, look at what's happeneing in our world and this is how we use our energy? Please....

Why did everyone read this in the first place? I didn't put your name on it? It's because we all browse and look to see if there's something new we can talk about/share/learn. It's a place where we can all turn to for some extra support. I know I've found it here at times, I've learned a little, and discovered what a small precious world it is. Yes, NWR, not wedding related. Apparently my point was misunderstood.

W T F is going on???
All of this 'chatter' on FM and behind peoples backs has created total chaos around here. Now there is all of this nonspecific, fairly credible information being passed through FM that trickles onto the boards and it is difficult to confirm or deny a lot of it. I would say we are in a code Orange right now.
I think there is a lot of blame to go around today as far as the over the top, inappropriate comments that were made about and to certain ladies here. But I am not the judge of anyone here, and I really like a lot of the players, so I am not going to throw anyone under the bus.
All I will add is this - I joined this board in December 01 (or somewhere around there) and DeniseMang has been around since then. She has not posted as frequently since her wedding, but she certainly has been around. Not being able to post twenyt times a day does not make someone's posts less relevant. Denise has been, and continues to be, a great help to me in my planning and a good friend. She has been around and I hope she stays.
We are losing more and more people over these drama threads. Can't we all agree to nip the drama in the bud instead of adding to the flames?

Jennbaby/ Betty- it is sad. I didn't start this post to start drama. I was hoping that some people would read it, and pehaps agree that things on this board are getting a little out of control. I know I'm not the only one who feels this way, just one of a few who said something, that's all. However, I feel as if I wasted my breath and my time, as you can see, it went over some people's head.

I disagree mv1003. I don't think it was a waste of time at all - I read it, and although didn't respond, I understood exactly what you were saying. Thank you for doing so. Even if just one or two people got something from your post, to me that makes it worthwhile...
