photographer we left 20% deposit, florist we only had to leave $50. invites i'm getting from rexcraft so i think i have to pay upfront.

I left as much as we were allowed as a deposit with my vendors. My FH and I decided it was best to have to come up with as little money at the end as possible.

Hall: $ 1,000
Using a bridal center for photographer, video, BP flowers, invites, tux's, etc. and we put $800.00 down for that.

When we book DJ, he wants $150 down.

Hi everyone! Quick question. What kind of deposits should I be prepared to leave for vendors like the photographer and florist? I know what I have to leave for limos, DJ, and dress but I'm clueless regarding the other stuff. And what about invitations? Deposit or paid in full when ordered?
