I have not posted much on here the last few months but i have been so busy.

Yesterday was my wedding and it was amazing!!

Sandcastle girls you have nothing to worry about,

I will give a few review upon my return from 2 weeks in aruba, but just wanted to let you girls know about the disaster i had!!

I was booked with Designs by Gina for my wedding and i had called her a billion times this week as we neevre finalized things, BUT I DID PAY MY FULL CONTRACT AMOUNT the begining of August.

SHe never once resonded to any of my emails texts messages not once.

I know someone said she was on a car accident but still you never return a call

So fast forward to yesterday the morning of wmy wedding still nervous for days of wondering if i will have flowers.

Its 10:30 no flowers 11:00 no flowers 11:30 no flowers ( flowers were to be delivered by 10:00)

SHE NEVER SHOWED UP WITH MY FLOWERS NEVER CALLED NOTHING SHE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I HAD NO FLOWERS AT MY WEDDING THANKS TO HER!!!!!!!!!!!

I HAD TO GET FLOWERS AFTER MY CEREMONY THANKS TO MY BRIDAL PARTY MAKING SOME LAST MINUTE BEGGING PHONE CALLS.

I PAID DOUBLE FOR CRAPPY FLOWERS AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN WHAT I WANTED

I HOPE NO ONE ELSE BOOKS WITH HER

I AM FURIOUS

I don't think this is the first time this happened, which is one of the reasons why I didn't book her.

omg I'm so sorry this happened, I would've been devastated and my nerves would've gone through the roof!

There were some threads by girls looking for her and she did get back to some girls so she def should've responded to you at SOME point!!!

I feel terrible that she was in a car accident but as a business she was obligated to provide what her contract stated. She was able to contact people here so she was able to contact another vendor to handle that event.

Bad business.

Just a thought im throwing out there. Remember when you pay a business they use the $ to buy the items needed for your event, overhead, employees etc. Just be very careful w small at home companies who may not have the $ months later to purchase your items bc they spent it on their car payments, rent etc. Larger companies have the ability to handle that problem due to lines or credit etc.

Again its just something to think about

This is just terrible.

There is not an excuse in the world, unless you are literally DEAD, for this to happen. Even under the most extreme circumstances (death in the family, stuck across the country, some other tragedy), she should have at very least told you she wasn't coming...which is still eff-ed up.

I will be crossing her off my list as well. I'm so sorry it happened to you.

Exactly!! It is very sad she got into an accident but sadly thats life--when you have a professional business you have to expect that if something happens you have someone else that can help with the business. she obvi did NOT! so horrible! and again im so sorry. I cant even imagine what you went through

so sorry this happen to you, I don't know what I would do!!! I could understand showing up a little late, or bad flowers, not a no show is inexcusable.

that really sucks, I was going to check her out, even after the first bad review she got, But now I'll stay away, I'd rather spend the extra money somewhere else for the piece of mind.

Again, so sorry this happen to you. Have a wonderful time on your honeymoon. BTW you walked down the isle without a bouq?

She better give you a full refund immediately! and on top of that making you stress out on your wedding day! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Shes obviously very unprofessional.
