Designs/Clip Art

I am starting to work on some DIY. I have no problem with doing words, but I am having trouble putting designs on things (like invitations, programs). Everyone seems to put like corner designs and stuff. I can't seem to find them on my clip art. Is there anywhere I can download for free?

TIA
