Destination Wedding Gift???

I am attending a destination wedding very soon and I am going alone b/c FH couldnt get off of work. Its so sad to say and Im sure many can relate I am so broke right now. After hotel...airfare and $450 BM gown (in the bridal party) Im not sure what is appropriate to give for a gift. I was going to give $300 but now that I am going alone and its destination what do you think???

i still can't get over the $450 for a BM dress!!!!! never mind a gift! you should give them a bill!!!

give what you can and don't give above your means. you're contributing enough already.

yeah... $450?! what do the dresses look like? One of my friends went to a wedding where the BM dresses were custom made and were $400+ each. they looked homemade, and not $400. the bride also wore 3 dresses throughout the night.
