Ok- this is probably a really silly or dumb question, but my DH wants to go to my GYN with me to discuss fertility and why we haven't gotten pg. yet. I am due for my annual physical. Should he come with me to that one or do I make a seperate appt. to discuss our questions with the Dr. If he comes with me to my annual appt., does he come into the room with me (which will be a bit wierd having my DH with me while another man checks out my 'parts' ).
What did you do or what would you do?

I would bring him and let him wait outside for the actual exam.

You can discuss it dring your exam, or make an appt. for a consult.

I would have him wait in the waiting room if he wanted to go or ask for a consultation.

i'd bring him but definitely not have him in the exam room! have a consultation with the doctor and your husband in the doctor's office. no need to discuss fertility and pregnancy during the physical exam.
i think it's nice that your husband is so concerned!

thanks! We actually have our appt tomorrow. I am going in for my annjual and then we have a consultation appt after. I'm so nervous!
