FH and i are looking to book a sandals HM, but we don't know who to go through to get the best price. If any of you shopped around, would you mind sharing where you found the best price to be??
We're thinking Royal Bahamian...

we didn't really pick based on where we could get the best price.... we are august so hurricane season cut down our options significantly (aruba is probably the safest in the carribean, and st. lucia is next?) and we picked the nicer/newer resort there, not the cheapest. we don't go on vacations that often

I think you get the best prices through Sandals directly when they do their 50% off sale (which is like all the time). FH called and did it over the phone directly through Sandals for the Grande in Ocho Rios (Jamaica!)...

dont choose the royal bahamian..i was not impressed at all...st lucia is the best one

I am doing Sandals Grande in St. Lucia. I booked through my travel agent and I believe she saved a couple hundred dollars off their list prices online. She may have saved me in the airfare but either way you should email her...Fran R. - [email protected]

i actually got a lower price during the sale by calling a travel agent. We're going to Ocho Rios too

You are better off booking thru a travel agent. They get you perks and upgrades that booking by yourself you won't get. Liberty Travel is very big with Sandals.
We booked Sandals Antigua, and were very disappointed with our HM.

Liberty Travel is Sandal's 'main' travel agent company. We didn't have any trouble booking our HM.
ETA- my friend used to work at Sandal's and she did not like the resort in the Bahamas at all. She got to go to all of their resorts and that was her least favorite.
