I did but only bc it is my hairdresser's friend...No one with a big name or anything...

I booked Oksana. I booked her in December right before her prices went up.
I don't think it's ever too early. The more popular make up artists get booked quickly. If you are getting married during a more popular time of year it's also best to book early.
