I just found that where my Gyn is they do it there.

My midwife doesn't have this but you can go to North Shore hospital. I have to call and get a price. I highly doubt insurance covers this. My midwife said that the 4-D is usually reserved for medical reasons- such as a birth defect. My hospital does the 3-D though.
