Since I'm not planning on taking FH's name after the wedding, do I have to do anything?

me too.
me too! I'm too lazy to go all those places and I feel like once I change it one place, I gotta do it everywhere. I've gotten along just fine leaving it the way it is, though most people call me by my married name (except at work) which is totally great with me!
